Music written for the journey, not the background.
Every book in the Golden Threads series is accompanied by an original score, composed to deepen the reading experience, hold the emotional tone of the story, and travel with you beyond the pages.
The Tree That Found Its Roots
Companion to Book 1. Gentle, searching, and rooted in folkloric musical textures — a score that grows with the emotions carried in the story.

Night In A Wood Cabin
Companion to Book 2. Still and atmospheric — slightly melancholic mood music for meditating and finding focus, peace and serenity.

Journey to Ọjà
Companion to Book 3. Rhythmic and vivid — the gallop of a horse, the energy of a marketplace, and contemplative pieces for the weight of decisions. One piece, written twenty years ago, was resampled and co-composed with my 8-year-old nephew.

Sefu’s Garden
Companion to Book 4. Works composed around the spring season — the energy of new growth, and the serenity that comes with waiting well. Releasing soon after Journey to Ọjà.
A Merchant’s Tale
Companion to Book 6. A score for the road — melodies of trade routes, distant markets, and the quiet moments where a traveller weighs what truly holds value.
Music has always been a companion to my creativity.
For over twenty years, my catalogue of melodies, songs and unfinished compositions has been where I draw inspiration from. Each score was carefully selected and composed with the same intention as the book it accompanies: to invite reflection, to hold space for the emotional journey, and to spark imagination in a way words alone sometimes can’t reach.
On Substack I share unreleased tracks, the stories behind specific compositions, and the moments during writing where music shaped the narrative — a quiet space for readers and listeners who want to walk a little deeper into the world woven by Golden Threads.
Unreleased tracks land here first.
